What does my ticket include?
All activities, art supplies and buffet lunches on Saturday & Sunday.
*Participants are responsible for all other meals, accommodation, and transportation*
Do I have to attend all of the activities?
We request that all participants attend the opening and closing ceremonies. Aside from that, participants may attend any (and all) activities they wish. We encourage you to listen to your body, mind, and spirit. If you need to rest, journal, or ground instead of attending an activity, please do so.
What does the website mean by a tech-free environment is promoted?
Our intention is to create a sacred container where everyone’s attention is focused. We request that no phones/smart watches be used in the conference area. If you need to use to your phone during the retreat, we request that you use it outside of the conference area. We thank you for your understanding. If you are able, we encourage you to give yourself the gift of airplane mode for the weekend.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Lunches on both days are vegetarian, with vegan and gluten free options. All items containing gluten will be clearly labelled. Please send us a message to discuss further.
Can I bring my child?
Attendees must be 16+.
Can I bring my service dog?
Service dogs are welcome with valid provincially legislated identification and must be provided to hotel and event staff upon request. An additional contract between the owner and Soul Summit Retreats will be required. Please send us a message to start this process.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date. Tickets may be sold and transferred to another person if approved in advance by Soul Summit staff.
Packing List
Participants will be laying on their yoga mat for periods of up to 90 minutes. Please bring everything you need to ensure your comfort. *Chairs will be available for those who prefer to sit*

Snacks! This work can be energy-intensive, so be sure to bring nourishing snacks for your room. Please note that outside food is not permitted in the conference area as per hotel policy.
