4. Booking, Applications & Payments

Bookings for events must be completed through our secure platform. Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
The cancellation policy is listed on individual event or retreat pages and are considered binding upon registration.
Applications (practitioner, vendor, sponsor, volunteer, etc.) do not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to select participants at our discretion.
All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

5. Electronic Submission and Waiver Agreement

By submitting any form or registration through this website, you confirm that:
