We’re so excited to welcome you to present at one of our upcoming Retreats! 

Once this form has been completed, your photo and bio will be uploaded to the website. 
We’re grateful to co-create this journey with you. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Would you like to have a complimentary table at the lunchtime market? Market tables are intended for selling your wares, rather than solely for self-promotion. Please note that sale of consumables (food) is not permitted as per hotel policy.

Additional Information This information will be discussed during an upcoming zoom meeting, emailed to you after the meeting, and outlined in the contract.

Attire:

  • Presenters are requested to wear 'smart casual' attire appropriate for a professional setting.

  • Please avoid athletic wear, running shoes, and logoed t-shirts.

Marketing Support:

  • Presenters are requested to accept collaborations and share social media posts to help promote the event.

  • Soul Summit greatly appreciates being included in your email newsletter (if you have one).


Presenter Promotion Table: 

  • Throughout the weekend, a table with presenter headshots and bios will be displayed.

  • You are welcome to provide business cards, pamphlets, or similar materials for display in front of your headshot.

  • Items are to be provided to either Michelle or Nichole in advance of the retreat.

  • Deadline: Thursday, April 1st

Attendee Gift Bags:

  • Contributing is optional

  • Suggested items include a business card, discount coupon, or sticker.

  • Items are to be provided to either Michelle or Nichole in advance of the retreat.

Music:

  • Each presenter is requested to provide a Spotify playlist which will be played before and after their presentation (to help set the mood/tone of the room)

  • Some presenters will also have music played during their presentation and DJ’ed by Soul Summit staff. 

  • *If you prefer to do your own DJ’ing throughout your presentation, you will be able to plug your phone into the sound board via a provided USB-C adapter. In such a case, your playlist(s) are not required ahead of time. Soul Summit rents music equipment from Long & McQuade, and the soundboard does not have bluetooth. Please note that use of personal speakers is not permitted.

Presenter Survey:

  • A follow-up email will be sent after the event with a short presenter survey.

  • Completion of the survey is required and greatly appreciated.


Event Day Logistics:

  • Presenter Arrival: Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time for sound check.

  • Parking: please park underground by driving down toward the water and turning left into the parkade. (This request is so that more upper parking spots are available for the attendees). To access the building, walk toward the waterfront and around to the conference level (glass doors).

  • Equipment provided: headset microphone, countdown clock, and 20, 10, 5, and 1-minute time cards.

Contract: 

  • A digital contract will be sent outlining the above details.
