The Format
Retreats designed with intention
Our retreats are crafted to help you pause, reflect, and recharge.
Each Retreat beings with an opening ceremony on Friday, followed by sessions alternating between the Mind Room (conference style presentations) and the Body Room (for movement, breathwork, & meditation) throughout the weekend.
Time between sessions for integration and reflection is built into the schedule.
The weekend is completed on late Sunday afternoon with a closing ceremony.
