Elitsa is a Well-Being Transformational Coach and the founder of Empowered Essence. She believes in the human power to heal our own bodies, minds, and hearts; and to create abundance and joy when we live in alignment with our Essence. Elitsa is an Alchemy of Breath Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Certified Therapeutic Coach® , Compassionate Inquiry® Certified Practitioner (Gabor Mate’s trauma-informed somatic-based approach to Psychotherapy), and an Usui & Holy Fire® Reiki Master Practitioner.

Erin is a compassionate guide, intuitive, and devoted space holder who walks alongside others on their journey of transformation to “Let Shift Happen.”  She blends breath, movement, mindfulness and energy work to create safe spaces for healing, connection and authentic transformation. Based in Victoria, BC, Erin has been teaching yoga and dance for over 17 years. She is a 500Hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.

Jackie “Laara” Herod is a Light Language linguist, speaker, and healer. She is the author of multiple bestselling books on Light Codes and the host of Ascension Codes, a Light Language TV series on SoulSearch.tv. Laara works deeply with the Eternal Heart Essence, biofield coherence, and alignment with Christos Sophia. Her work bridges metaphysical insight and practical embodiment, guiding individuals to reconnect with their authentic and sovereign nature.

Jannine MacKinnon is a Sacred Sexuality and Embodiment Coach devoted to helping women awaken their life force energy and remember their innate power. As host of the Sacred Sex for Real Women podcast, she shares grounded conversations that bridge sexuality, spirituality, and real-life embodiment. Her work blends Taoist and Tantric wisdom, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and feminine energetics to guide women toward freedom, radiance, and magnetic self-trust. 

Katie & Darrell are the founders of Rooted with Love and have spent the last 20 years immersed in the world of health. They love sharing their wisdom, tools and practices that  inspire wholehearted living and transformation. Layla Martinez is a free form qi gong practitioner with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Layla integrates acupuncture, tui na, nutrition, and therapeutic bodywork into her holistic approach. Layla’s teaching emphasizes the sacred relationship between movement and spirit, empowering participants to listen inwardly and cultivate balance from within. With years of dedicated study and practice, she invites intuitive awareness to facilitate deep energetic healing.

Nicole Powell is a spiritual medium, speaker, teacher, and author of two teaching memoirs on mediumship: The Power ~ A Call to Mediumship and its sequel, The Light, The Dark ~ A Journey to Wholeness. Sandra is a lifelong musician, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Master Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Somatic Breathwork Coach, Reiki Healer and Trauma Informed Practitioner.  She is the co-owner of Lighthouse Holistic Healing Studio in Prince George where she leads events that integrate primal somatic healing modalities including movement, sound,  and breathwork.  Sandra has studied with Master Kundalini Yoga teachers Guru Singh and Gloria Latham, as well as Kirtan and original chant writing at the Kirtan Leader Institute.  

Soren has been leading laughter yoga for 13 years. He is  an author, videographer, and pedicab driver in downtown Victoria. Diagnosed with a heart condition 20 years ago, laughter yoga was the best medicine for keeping his heart palpitations at bay. Laughter yoga consists of laughter exercises to release feel good hormones like endorphins and oxytocin.
